Live chat room

I know a few have been wondering where the live chat rooms are on chartsview. The live chat is only available to premium members.
If you look at the bottom of the web page you will see a tool bar. This tool bar has a few options.

Option 1.To the far left you will see chatrooms. This is where you click to have access to the chat rooms. This is where most people hang out.

Option 2. To the far right of the bar: who's online.This is where you can chat to people privately. take your pick to who you would like to chat to.If there available there names would be highlighted in green.

These 2 options are the chat facility.


Theres other options on the tool bar as well . You can play games against fellow members or play by yourself
That it really..quite simple.

This is what you should look for if you want to use the live chat:



You should see a white bar at the bottom of the screen, click on chatrooms and then lobby. This is where members can be found.

As Remo mentioned you can only use live chat if you are on the premium membership.

Everyone from the start of Chartsview who has the original 1-year membership should also have access.

So you should have access??

Hopefully a screenshot of my page is posted above. The only white bar I see is the one headed '- General Chit chat' but that appears to be a copy of the menu at top of page??

do you see that bubble at the bottom right hand corner above the time
Click on that

I think most people on this board are having the same problem as you. They don't realize that bubble is minimizing the chat.
So basically you have helped us figure out why so many are having problems
