Hello remo,
I put a short on SSE. Not a lot, it is my first time opened a short. I wonder whether you have time to look into it, and give me the resistance and support figures.
Really appreciated your view.
Many thanks,
on greenhill.

Me just find 3 supports: 1443p channel support, 1452p SMA 200 support and 1456p gap support. I am not sure this is right.

support...1444(trendline and horizontal support),,,1442(gap),,1403(trend line minor),,,1356
Resistance..1545,,,1602,,,1634,,,1657
so you can tell that there is strong support near by around the 1444 area. Thats where you need to take profits on your short....I personally would not have shorted this other than a first attempt of resistance trade.
what was your reason for the short???

hope this is useful

Gap supports are always done from the start of the gap up . Thats what i find to be more effective.
i have the sma 200 at 1430.

Thank you remo for your excellent post. The reasons for short are the media news 2-3 days ago for watchdog invests the "Big Six" 'price fit' (not exactly words may be) and 3 out of 4 brokers vote for sell. Goldmas S sell price 1487 target 1408; RBC C mkt underperform 1518p target 1220p. ..
SSE lost 100,000 customers.
Yes, this share is quite bullish in the face of big media, still lot buy in.

Yesterday -2.8% down, today 0.8% up, but high of high is lower, low of low is also lower comparing with yesterday.
