Long @ 1263 with a stop below todays low (1245)

Possible long entry at the gap support and breakout point from before. The level is 1157
This will be a first attempt basis trade.
Its also near to the 61.8 fib which is at 1134

My yesterdays trade got stopped out

My entry was based on a 123 low on hourly chart


Trade was going well and was in profit until they released Q4 results this morning which was very upbeat and met expectations

It gapped down on the open.

I broke my own rule of never trading a stock on the day before the company is set to announce their results!!

Totally lost concentration this morning and missed out the trend line play:

Regarding the special divi they are paying does anyone know if the qualifying date for the div is coming or is for current holders. The reason is i want to sell my shares but don't want to miss out on dividend.

Is it going to make a big difference if you're selling your shares? Surely your shares will fall in value by the amount of the special divi?
