yes, on the daily it has broken out....

however the weekly shows how this has problems around the 200 day ema line....once it gets above it stays above, once below it seems to stays below....(see red boxes)....so looks to be feature imvho....

So maybe wise to wait for a weekly close above 69.50p before taking the plunge to the long side or adding longs...

breakout above a long term falling resistance trendline.

your chart doesn't show the 1,2,3 low break.
it happened a while ago imvho, pink line on my chart below.

i think this should a small p/b to the 50 & 200 day ema line, and the support of the last rally peak(pink line), around 58/60p. i don't see any reason to buy now, especially as this tends to drop when the rsi hits the 80 overheated level....
