Looks to me like there is an inverse head and shoulder formed on this.

It is clear on the weekly chart but not sure how this time-frame chart should be used.

This is all learning for me and I'm not trading everything I comment on. Happy to get feedback to help me before I do embark upon a more rigourous attempt at trading.

I would agree with your target. It just so happens to be the high for this share as well
Time frame wise its still valid. its valid on all time frames.
